Password change request

If you forgot your password, you can get a new one.
Send us the email address that you have provided for your user account.
In a few moments you will receive an email with a request to approve the password change request.

note: this will work only for persons who have supplied an e-mail address.
The email address must correspond with the login name

Also fill in the username if you have more than one login with the same e-mail address.
